Is there a minimum order?
No. One shirt, one sticker, one set of truck signs — we print single items and full production runs on the same equipment. Larger quantities get better per-piece pricing.
How fast can you turn a job around?
Many jobs — DOT signs, stickers, banners, basic apparel — can be done same day once artwork is approved. Embroidery, large fleet orders and specialty materials typically run [X] business days. Tell us your deadline and we’ll tell you straight if we can hit it.
I don’t have a logo or artwork. Can you make it?
Yes. Send a photo, a sketch, or just describe what you want. We can set up your text, clean up an existing logo, or design something new. Design time is quoted up front.
What file formats do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) print sharpest at any size. High-resolution PNG or JPG works for most photo-based jobs. Not sure? Send what you have and we’ll tell you if it will print well.
Do you ship, or is it pickup only?
Both. Pick up at our Addison shop, ask about local delivery around Chicagoland, or we’ll ship anywhere in the U.S.
What areas do you serve?
We’re in Addison and work throughout DuPage County and the Chicago area — including Elmhurst, Lombard, Villa Park, Wood Dale, Bensenville, Itasca, Glendale Heights, Carol Stream and Elk Grove Village — plus nationwide shipping for anything mailable.
